F Wood & Son have always been prompt and professional on the occasions we have had to use Plumbing services.
They have been used both at our home and at our two business locations.
We can highly recommend these guys and have given recommendation to many family and friends.
We have used these plumbers twice in the past. The first time, service was excellent, which is why we decided to use them a second time. However, things have changed.
The plumber they sent us was required to be called back twice unnecessarily for:
1) Failing to remove a cold water pipe where a cavity door was to be installed - he had already removed the hot water and didn't look for the cold water one just below it.
2) Failing to install connection in a laundry cupboard correctly. They were not sitting flush with the back of the cabinet and destroyed the use of the shelf ...read more
