I have gone through a very bad time for last six to seven months. But ever since I have joined the classed based training program of F45, I have been in a very comfort zone. For last one month, I have been a part of their exercise program and during this time, I have learnt a lot. I feel great when my personal trainer assist me in a very well way and tell me about so many extra ordinary exercises. I have decided to go with them for a long period of time.
