Fab Fish Fish & Chips

Saturday morning coffee and vanilla slice 10:30amon our way to the local Bowls club.
Coffee taken in the front area with the lycra set of older bike riders .
Scenario- the table was dirty and had not been wiped from previous traffic, the vanilla slice could have been a week old,it was hard, yellow aged and the bikers agreed as they also had partook and commented on their way out past us wondering what we thought of the vanilla slice, chuckling to themselves.
But the the coffee was pleasantly hot a plus,
We may never return to baronia Shopping area.

DO NOT GO HERE. Worst fish n chip shop. Can't get an order right and abuses you for ordering wrong. I ordered over phone and was told I can't have an eggplant and bacon burger, only in a sandwich or on a roll. I eventually ordered an egg and bacon burger with great difficulty. When I got to the shop I find out an Aussie burger had been what I wanted but without tomato and with cheese. I get home with a standard Aussie burger and then get abused by manager because I ordered wrong.

Ordered over the phone they didn't give fish. When I came back to get fish told me I hadn't ordered it after they had read it back to me. Management cleared it up but still had to wait after ringing to say I was on the way.

Would have to be the worst fish and chip shop I have been too.

First time we waited 20 minutes when it wasn't busy, to be asked what we ordered again because they forgot to print it. Then after another 10 minutes they got the order wrong again.



I wanted to give them a second chance so I did a phone order and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. Arrive to the store 15 minutes later paid for my meal and waited a further 15 minutes. They then asked me what I ordered and I told the staff there, the staff then started talking amongst themselves for a bit and continued working. After 10 minutes my order was ready which I took home, when I opened the packaging I was missing half of my order, the chips were cold and soggy and the flake was only half battered. I took the meal straight back and told the staff member there the problem and I received a full refund which I am grateful of.

Lovely clean shop, nice staff, fish chips, and food is superb..nice varied menu including good hamburgers,

Freshly made whilst u wait...phone orders. They use clean oil in the friers and so far, haven't had a meal that wasn't yummy.
