I had a blowdry and conditioning treatment. Whilst washing my hair the management recommended a conditioning treatment. Halfway through washing my hair they went off to see someone else and got another person to continue. All staff were pleasant. very modest surroundings .
Unfortunately I did not ask the cost of this treatment. I was stunned when paying to be charged 85.00 for a simple blowdry and treatment. There appeared to be no price list and the price just decided at that moment by the management. I have had many a blow dry and the odd treatment in upmarket not average suburban salons that cost alot less.
Great customer service by apprentices but I think this place really needs a new management. Make sure you ask for the price before you sit down because they apparently charge $140 to just blow dry hair. I understand you need to pay your bills but you won't get many loyal clients if you pluck prices out like that from the top of your head. You lost repeat business that's for sure.
