two of my daughters and I spent over two hours here on Tuesday. I was worried we were overstaying our welcome, but on the contrary, the visit just got better the longer we were there. Fantastic service and just good fun. Great start to wedding preparations.

Would never shop here ever again. Worst retail experience! Save yourself the nightmare and don't shop here.

I was considering buying a couple of trims to add to a dress. I was measuring a couple out and was completely unware that the sales assistant cut everything I was looking at... It came to $500!!!!! I was so shocked and tried to explain that there was no way I could pay for that much for a few trims. Staff didn't even cut them in front of me and I did not consent to staff cutting up $500 worth of trims. The staff was completely unreasonable and did not even listen to what I had to say they forced me to pay the full amount even though I didn't request for them to cut it all up... I felt trapped into something I didn't even want!

Please keep an eye out for this. My advise would be, shop online and save yourself from these heartless sales assistants.
