Face Today

I've been a repeat customer, I've had Dysport, fillers and lipodissolve at this clinic, and I've been happy with the quality of the work done there, the comfort level during the procedure and the price. I do not like their sales push however, they do try to upsell which I find very off putting.

I have found the staff very pushy. It is painful to get filling done and often bruises you, so i want to have it done little by little, without be too bruised. But staff must be told to inject more to earn more, so it somehow make me uncomfortable to go back again.

I have been coming to face today for more than three years and consider myself a very loyal client. I was always happy... Until last week. I usually always come in and get something done and walk out feeling great. But last week I went in for a consultation and decide (for the first time) not to have any treatments as I was still unsure. Not only was the nurse rude to me, but the nurse lectured me and said that I had wasted their time and that my appointment could have been used by someone who was actually going do something. They assumed I was going to go ahead with a treatment even though I only booked a consultation!!!!. I explained that I was a loyal client and that it should be ok for anyone to change their minds. The nurse pressured me into completing a $900 treatment which I declined. I have never written a review for anything before but I am so shocked that I needed to write this review. Very unhappy. Never going back. They have lost a client.

Absolutely fantastic from the minute I walked in until I walked out. Extremely professional and upscale tasteful salon. Staff were fabulous. My treatment was by far the best I have ever received and they made my experience so comfortable and easy. Best experience. Will definitely be back to continue my road to beautiful skin.

Absolutely first class, fantastic ambience, fabulous treatment with the added comfort of happy gas. Oh yeah. Such a great experience. So happy with the results. Highly recommend.
