I visited Faceque for the first time recently to get my make up done for a special occasion - I found both the business operations and staff members to be very unprofessional. My make up was so bad that I had to request the 'beautician' (if you can even call her that) to redo it. Her second attempt was just as bad. I will never return to this place!
One of My Favourite Salons in Melbourne! The Service is Excellent & the Staff are very friendly. They know what I need & go that extra mile to make sure I am happy. Went here for a Brazilian wax. Although staff were friendly wax was the worst I've ever had. Never again.
Hi, you should talk to the manager there. I've been going there for a long time and I know they like to hear all feed back whether positive or negative. I recommend you do that and give them another go.
