DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! DODGY PRODUCTS. CONCRETE 2 TIERED FOUNTAIN FELL APART IN LESS THAN 2 YEARS.I GAVE THEM MORE THAN ENOUGH TIME TO REPLACE OR REFUND, BUT I RECEIVED ABSOLUTELY APPALLING RESPONSE IE, MOSTLY NO RESPONSE TO MY REQUEST FOR A REFUND! CONSUMER AFFAIRS HERE I COME.....YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

Be warned. I paid for a 2 tier fountain including installation from this guy a few years back as a birthday present for my wife. He did such a dodgy job by not installing the pump hose correctly, it stopped working. I tried from Sept 2017 until November to get him out to repair the fountain. After phone calls and 13 text messages trying to get him to spare some time, he finally replied with a date and time and was to charge me $150 to come out, then $75 an hour. I replied back with "Maybe cheaper I buy a new one?" He never replied, never confirmed if I wanted to cancel the appointment or wanted to order a new fountain. Instead he just never turned up even tough I took time off work. Clearly he could not be bothered to come out and never intended to. Be warned of his work and nature.
