It took a week of phone calls to have Sales Consultant, Danni ring and organise a time to come and give a quote. I paid the deposit and then no news for over a month during which time it seems that Danni had done nothing to progress the job further. Then it seems that she has not scoped the work correctly and there is an additional $500 cost which I accepted. Another 4 week delay. The communication is really poor - the only time you can find out what is happening is when you ring - the company rarely initiates communication to let you know of delays etc. It is now a week before Christmas and I am still waiting for installation. No one in the company seems to know what the other person is doing. Now the problem seems to be with delivery from the warehouse and I am waiting to hear when that might happen.
