Fairfield Dermatology Clinic

Over the past five or so years that I have been going to this Clinic I have never experienced anything other than professional and friendly service - from the front desk, to nursing and medical staff. I would and have highly recommended them! Thank you to the Team at FDC!!

Excellent service. Reception staff went out of their way to leave my over the phone purchased creams at the local cafe so that I could pick them up on the weekend. They even called me back with the cafe's weekend opening and closing times. I'm very grateful as I couldn't get there during the week! I've been here a few times now and one time I did find it difficult to get through on the phone but as the other reviewer mentioned this place is very busy and that's because the clinic is very good. I just left a message and someone called me back the same day. Too easy!

I read the previous review and have to strongly disagree. Counterstaff is always welcoming and helpful without fake smiles! I can and did recommend clinic to anybody.

This is a very busy clinic, with good reason. The reception staff are also very accommodating and friendly and fitted me into a cancellation slot and I can't thank them enough.

Terrible terrible place.

Front desk is very unwelcoming, no smile when you walk in, just unfriendly "fill this, and pay that". It took me half a day to book the app, no one answered the phone, I left several messages to call back, no one did, until I actually physically went there and made an app. Avoid this dermatology clinic at all cost, go elsewhere.
