It wouldnt hurt the carers there to smile once in a while. I mean, some parents like other people to be strict with their kids but they could at least be a bit loving/caring as well. I pulled my 2yr old out after a month (1 day a week) after an incident in which the carer had changed my daughters pants after she wet herself but didnt change her wet undies. My daughter came home with her clean/dry undies over the top of her wet undies!??!? I then phoned Fairy Kingdom and was told that they'll investigate and call me straight back. A week later, and still no phone call i went into Fairy Kingdom.
