I ordered 3 business days before i needed the scratchies for a birthday present.
I PAID FOR EXPRESS SHIPPING. i sent an email (so i could have some correspondence and peace of mind.) I NEVER received an email in return. It ended up being delivered 5 business days later.... with express shipping.
The scratchie itself... it is what it is, a novelty.
