This court system is a joke.
If you are a vindictive female and have only the your best interests at heart then I highly recommend this process to you.
The court is called WA FAMILY COURT, but in reality in should be called the WA FEMINIST COURT Unless you have lots ( and I mean lots) of money, then any father being dragged into this system has no chance.
Fathers are told that everything is " in the best interest " of the childern, but in reality it's in what the mother wants.
Fathers stay away and mothers with their own interests should use this court.
No father has ever successfully managed to get access to thier children unless at least 100k has been spent.
Just check the statistics if you don't believe this review.
