Long time customer, first time reviewer, never disappointed. Great little store, helpful staff, very low priced, now extended hours very convenient.

I don't know why these reviews are so poor. I came in here for the first time today with my mum and fianc. The lady behind the counter was very friendly and extremely helpful to us. The family that was being served before us was a young father with 3 children and she took the time to point out different movies to the children that she felt they may like. With us she explained the price and fees etc with a bright and positive demeanour, wasn't sneaky about anything so we knew what we would have to pay if they were overdue, she even said that if we wanted to return them when the store was closed we could drop them off at the newsagent. The DVDs are also extremely well priced, I got 3 seasons of my favourite show for a week for $6 (could've had up to 5 for that price as they were weeklies). I would definitely recommend this video shop to anyone and everyone, we had a very positive experience and it's a great way to support local business as she owns it.

The person who works here (maybe the newmanagement?) Is so unbelievably rude. I have been coming here for a long time but i cannot be bothered anymore. That person is so antagonizing and contemptious. So many times i have watched that person be really polite to a customer and then as they walk out starts making horrible comments about their weight or stupid they are. Spend your money elsewhere.

Received the worst possible customer service on multiple accounts by some staff on Thursday nights.
