To be honest, half a star is too much to give this salon. They have been flooding Facebook with ads about how they have new owners/management, all of their services and photos of how wonderful their hair work is. I responded to a Facebook Ad when it came up. They were lovely and asked me lots of questions. I sent photos and said what I wanted done and asked for a quote. They gave me a quote and took my phone number. We made an appointment. I turned up today for my birthday tradition of having my hair styled, coloured and cut. The stylist was rude almost from the beginning. She spoke harshly and talked around in circles, asking what I wanted and explaining why she probably couldn't meet what I wanted. I explained that I had arranged this and was it passed on. No! It hadn't been written in the appt book. Very tricky customer custom and very expensive comparing to other hairs salons in Ormeaut It was the first time I came to the salon by mistake. I mixed the salon in Ormoau, but when I was there, I said to myself, it's ok, nothing bad can happen to me. But, it was big mistake, the style of hair cutting and the price did not reach what I was used to, I paid half more than in other salons.That's all.
Last Surday was not a good day for me. I made an appointment with a hairdresser, I accidentally dialed Fancy hair studio in Ormeau. But I went there, to have my hair cut. I showed the lady hair stile i like I wasent hapyy vith it,but real sok comes the price.$110 more then half price in others salon

Absolutely Fabulous! I have been living in the area for about 2 years now and have been on the hunt for a decent Hairdresser, one that not only offers suggestions but also doesn't ignore my requests, I was definitely heard. The staff are so friendly and make you feel so welcome as soon as you walk through the door. My hair ended up being amazing and I was even shown 3 different ways to style my hair. I have booked my next session already. Top marks from me for Fancy Hair - I'll be back for more & more & more... Thanks so much
