Fantastic Furniture

Staff are really nice, but service is really bad. I personally wouldn't recommend. It may be a discount store, but its also discount service. I have been waiting 2 months for a chair to be made and still don't have it, no one contacts you or bothers to let you know anything, then you call the store and the poor staff don't know anything either. I wonder if I will ever get the item I paid for or is my chair in chair heaven with its matching illusive ottoman? :)

I think the items are good if your willing to wait ages to get them and again like I said the staff are nice and as helpful as they can be, but my personal experience of Fantastic Furniture is not Fantastic and I wont be going back.

I recently moved into a new home and purchased all of my furniture from this store. The staff were extremely helpful and the furniture was a very high quality - not what you would expect from a discount furniture store. I purchased solid timber tv cabinet, bedroom suites and dining room suite for not much more than their competitors charge for the cheap chipboard garbage. Everything I wanted was in stock and was delivered (fully assembled) the next day. Only one small problem - delivery man wouldnt take the funiture upstairs to our lounge, kitchen and bedrooms. I have 2 teenage boys so it wasnt a problem for long.
