I actually oppose , I think it just depends on what type of staff and their personality because obviously in every store theres a bad staff who does a bad job , but personally just from my experience me , my brother and my parents got served by this lady she was extremely kind, warm harted , patient and had a sense of humor she was really helpful ! :)
They will say one thing and the receipt will have something else on it. We had placed an order of over $4000 at the store and were told that we are getting 2 free delivers as the order could not be delivered in one consignment. When we came back to pay the balance of the amount to schedule the delivery it turned out that they had infact charged us for the delivery even though it was free. When we raised the issue with they were so unprofessional that they said I will pay you the $70 out of pocket as if we were cheats and were there to get money. We ended up cancelling the order altogether and it took them 2 weeks to tranfer the 20% deposit that we placed for the order.
If you are buying at this store make sure to check, double check infact triple check the receipt before you pay as they will say one thing and charge you something else.
Very poor service. They are not interested in sellling. We went to buy a lounge setting worth $2000. We had everything picked and just needed someone to do the order. No-one was interested. I asked 2 staff who both was looking after 1 person, and got told sorry no. I waited 20 minutes but nothing. Eventually we left (with 4 other couples who said the same thing)and as I passed the front counter (who 6 staff was gathered doing nothing) I mentioned to them that they lost a sale. All I got back was the fingure. Do yourself a favour and leave them alone. Go somewhere else.
