They claim they service all of Sydney on their website but when I contacted them through their form they responded almost instantly to advise they don't have gardeners in my area (Western Sydney). It was misleading for them to indicate service coverage on their website then deny availability.

Apologies for any hassle we might have caused, but we're fully booked in your area for the moment. We're currently hiring, but then we'll need to train and vet any staff that we hire. Òhat's why our operator's don't book new clients at the moment, it's unfortunate, but it would be more unprofessional to promise something, and then give you a call at the last minute to re-schedule for some time in the future, I hope you can agree with that.
On the other hand though, we would hate to lose you as a customer like that, we offer a great deal of other housekeeping services as well, so if you do not mind, I will arrange for one of our operators to call you and present to you our full range of services?
