If you feel like wasting your time and throwing money away... then I encourage you to book in here.
They were late with our booking, the pedicure was terrible and I might as well have just soaked my feet in the bath, the nail polish selection was dismal and my collection at home made theirs look embarrassing. Myself and my partner left feeling like we had wasted our day, money and I went home and re-did the nail polish which was off. Extremely disappointed and a $120 thrown to charity. DO NOT BOOK IN HERE.
Absolutely disgusting service. I went in wanting my acrylics removed and when they saw my hands they laughed.
I felt embarrassed and definitely NOT treated professionally.
They scrubbed so hard taking off the acrylics that my fingers bled and didn't even apologise when they could tell I was in pain. They only carried on with their conversation with their colleague.
It took a total of only 9 minutes to get the acrylics off and when asked how much it'd cost (because the pamphlet said Removal of Acrylic for ONE HOUR session for $30) they still said it'll be $30.
They did a rushed and painful job, obviously not a calm and soothing 60 minute removal job.
Completely disgraceful, really couldn't believe it.
The worst experience in getting shellac nails. The nail technician was so rough they pushed the cuticle tool into my flesh several times. No apology. Then when cleaning polish from around the nail with small plastic tool they scraped the flesh so hard round all my nails i was in pain for several days. And because they were so fast & rough they chipped the shellac on my nails and the shellac started coming peeling off in a few days. When i rang management at fantastic nails to tell them my shellac had peeled off in a few days, they claimed it was normal and i needed all my nails done again and it wasn't the nail technicians fault. No customer service no apology. Never going again. I had to go to elsewhere to fix the problem.
RUDEST person I have come across in regards to anything beauty/cosmetic related.
They had the nerve to raise their voice and say the following to me, and as a customer, I was appalled..
'move your in my way!'
'Just go somewhere else your still in my way'
'Can you not'
All while getting in my face.
Not only that, they have NO MANNERS, and downgrades the students by speaking to them like they are a waste of their time and yelling at them in their face.
I wouldn't waste a second of your life in that shop, with ANY of their "services".
I'd also like to mention that the place was dirty and the piercings they sold were rusted and changing colour.
They should learn manners and to be professional, you are not above your customers and students.
Shame on you.
A please and a thank you wouldn't hurt either.
