Recently had them do a vacate clean on an investment property I own in Cairns and was extremely disappointed with the results. Rang the management to give them a chance to rectify the problem. They didn't want to know as it was a Sunday. Rang me on Monday (after I complained to the agency I booked them through). Told me they were at the front door of the property and wanted to get in (I live 1 hours drive away). I gave them 3 other options of times to meet me there that week but none suited them. I asked was they just going to look or do something about the problem. Got abused for asking so hung up on them. Spent 6 hours cleaning the place myself. Haven't heard from them again despite leaving several messages. Total waste of money
