Far Pavilions

Purchased a leather lounge and just outside of the warranty period the leather started cracking & deteriorating. Had used the products recommended by staff for maintaining the leather but obviously just an inferior product.

I have found staff of this store to be extremely unorganised and very inconsistent with the information they provide to me. I have bought over $3000 worth of furniture over 2 months ago and am still waiting for all pieces to be delivered to me. Each staff member I speak to tells me completely different information and is difficult to get a straight answer from. The marble top for the TV unit I purchased arrived cracked. I organised for a replacement to be delivered last saturday. I sat at home for 4 hours waiting for the delivery only to discover they sent a replacement dining table top and not a TV unit top. I now need to organise yet another delivery where this time I will properly have to take time off work to wait at home. One of the lounges I purchased was delivered to me with 3 large and deep cuts in the leather. I was advised to email photos of the damage to the store and someone would contact me. Bought a beautiful leather sofa and some cushions from the Valley store. It looks great, was a great price and the staff were ever so helpful!!
