I have a love hate relationship with this place. Yes, the meat is quality and prices are reasonable. But service is appalling. There is no ticket system and people coming out of every which way to get served. Unfortunately, I once waited 10 minutes to get served, while watching customers who'd arrived after me, getting served first. So frustrating. I now prefer to go to the one down the road. At a couple of dollars more expensive per kilo, it is worth not having to wait!
