By far the most horrible experience that I have ever dealt with - in any customer service situation. After waiting a month for my very expensive item to be returned, I go into the Fremantle store to find it completely ruined. No apology or explanation from the staff. After requesting to speak to the manager or owner and seeking them out for a week with no effort or care from anyone within the company I sent a letter and email re: compensation and an apology and recieved a narky, rude and completely unprofessional response displaying zero care or remorse. I cannot emphasise enough how horrible this dry cleaning service is. For a company that has been around for 30 years with multiple stores I am gobsmacked how they have survived and succeeded. Do yourself a favour and go to ANY one else. This issue still remains unresolved and is now in proffessional hands.
