Fat Decanter is a small family run business striving to provide high quality, personalised wine tours to the picturesque Swan Valley region. In mid 2007 my wife and I decided that Perth was lacking activities for both locals and tourists that didn't involve hours in transit. We love our wine, we love our food and the Swan Valley is a great place to visit with friends and family no matter what the time of year and it's so close to Perth! Fat Decanter was born and we now provide a day trip to enjoy the valley in luxury. Our product services both domestic and international inbound tourists in addition to the local market and the people and businesses of the Swan Valley. As an individual I have been working in and studying the hospitality and tourism industry for over ten years. Working and travelling the world has allowed me to develop my understanding of true hospitality and what is required to create the point of difference that separates great hospitality from good. We chose a limited edition Mercedes Vito as the Fat Decanter vehicle. With plush leather seats, a spacious interior and panoramic viewing windows it provides our guests with a comfortable and luxurious way to travel throughout the Swan Valley. The small group sizes, the luxurious vehicle, the best wine, the best food and Fat Decanter service all combine to create the most perfect way to tour the fantastic Swan Valley.
