The food here was average, however it has avariety of different Asian style on the menu, thai, chinese, vietnamese and fusion.
Service was good and attentive, the layout is casual dining with Asian decor. Located in the heart of the Casino floor near the High bets barcarat tables.
Fat Noodle is a great dining option at the casino. Reasonable prices and good setting on level 1.
On gaming floor so plenty of people watching to do.
I really enjoyed the wagyu wok option with rice noodles, lemongrass and ginger. Gluten free and vegetarian options catered to.
Some staff very attentive, friendly and provide great service, others forget requests and orders, so a bit pot luck with serving staff.
Had read a few bad reviews about Fat Noodle so went with low expectations, but was pleasantly surprised. I'd recommend it to anyone who needs to eat at the casino (a good option if you're seeing a show at the Lyric Theatre like I was). It's located right in the middle of the casino floor among the pokies and baccarat tables, which is a bit weird but, well, you are in a casino. Food is an Asian mix - Chinese, Thai, Malaysian - and while it was overpriced, as expected, it was pretty good. The pork pad see eew was nice and the service was friendly and fast.
We got there just before 6.30pm and only queued for 5 mins, but people who got there later had to queue for a while so be warned.
