Fat Williams Variety Story

Great shop, good variety of products of good quality and friendly staff.

By far, the best, variety store in all of Australia. The staff are welcoming and friendly, 10/10 would tell a friend, positive vibes in the store. Quality.

Meh it can be alright when Williams isn't refusing to pick up my foot box

Your stock is exactly what you expect as a customer - it is the staff that ruin the shopping experience with Fat Williams



Your staff are actually worse than useless really - actively block the aisles on the weekends thru doing some supposedly very important cleaning job instead if earning their wages thru selling/customer service

Oh and during summer - they turned off the cooling and the store smelt so badly no one went in



So ....

Do not block the aisles -

Make sure your staff realise they are getting paid to sell --- and not to chat on their mobile phones all weekend ...

Your weekend staff do this repeatedly and then apologise saying - "oh it was the boss" !
