Gave them 9 hours to fix my bike, they hadn't even touched it when I picked it up (but told me that they had fixed it all up...?) Had to wait another hour for them to fix it.
Either they have really bad time management skills, or something much worse. Would not recommend.
I've bought 2 kids bikes in 2 years and had parts of my bike replaced under factory warranty in the last few months. Service is always professional, friendly and the staff could not have been more helpful with my recent warranty issue with TREK. Recent purchase of racing tyres gave me the guaranteed PB too! Thanks
Great shop and staff. I have been going to Favourite cycles since the late 90's. The staff in the shop always offer great advice and have a great selection of bikes. The new store looks fantastic. I would recommend anyone from the rec rider, commuter through to the avid cyclist that races to go into Favourite. Oh and thanks for looking after me last week at late notice in getting my sons bike ready at a whim for the race !!
