I chose Faye's bodyworks because it was close to home and looked like a reputable, clean business. I went in for a facial to relax for an hour. Unfortunately that is not what happened. For a good 15 minutes prior to the treatment I got lectured on skincare. Then, once the treatment began at least half of it was spent with the therapist continuing her lecturing. Then afterwoods, when all I wanted to do was leave, the young lady tried to sell me bascially every product in the store (this was after she made it clear that it was not her job to sell me anything - she just wants to EDUCATE me). I made as many hints as I could, verbally and with body language but she didn't get it. She thought she was on a home-shopping TV channel. Even went the hard-sell on the skincare travel pack! This went on for at least 20mins. Eventually I had to ASK if I could pay so I could get out of there! I left the salon extremely angry. I did not ask for any advice.
