FDM Transport

Cheap to send but don't expect item to arrive in one piece I have used them a number of times have given up. The last item arrived smashed to pieces cost me $300 refund an bad feedback item was very well packaged as I know they offer no insurance and are very heavy handed. They won't answer emails when you complain an sub contract it out to other couriers. I even had a phone call when item was being delivered thinking I was the receiver of the item?



To the point have had at least 4 items arrived not just damaged but smashed to pieces ...handle with care when dealing with the couriers.
