Some advice:

If you can't supply a wine (or three as it turns out) don't list it on your menu. Also, if you say you can't supply a glass of a certain wine, don't then offer a bottle of that wine as a replacement for another bottle you can't supply. This makes you look a little silly.

There were only 8 of us, and we were your only customers. It shouldn't be that hard to get us our meals in a reasonable time and all together. Oh, and the right food would be good too. We didn't send it back because we didn't want to wait another hour for the correct order to come.

If a customer complains about things such as the above - apologise. It costs you nothing and makes them feel a bit better about wasting time and money in your establishment.



Terrible service, average food. We certainly won't be back.

Terribly disappointing evening. Went with 7 friends and experienced some of the worst service possible. 3 of 3 wines & one soft drink out of 2 ordered "not available." 8 meals ordered together were delivered sporadically over 30 minutes. Even more annoying was the fact that some other diners began receiving their meals before our table servings were completed. Attempts to pay by each diner for meal received were not appreciated by counter staff. When request to speak to management was made, we were told they were "unavailable" LAST TIME EVER THERE!
