I wish I could give 5 stars for the food, but the vile customer service received completely overshadows this.
Head Chef Brian Ritchot is the most unreceptive individual I've personally ever come across.
Prior to arriving at Falls Creek, we had made a group booking for 24. However, due to ski-related injuries, only 19 people were able to attend. Not only were we not offered any sympathy or condolences for those who weren't able to attend dinner, Brian proceeded to charge us for those five meals that were not cooked, let alone eaten! We booked this restaurant for 24 people in June, during this process we had to chase them up a few times to get confirmation, (a family event with lots of first time skiers) when we arrived we informed the waitress that 4 people were unable to come due to sickness/injuries, she said we should have let them know earlier, in reply we said we had only just found out when we were leaving the accommodation that the oldies couldn't come.
NOTHING was said at this point to us about there being any problems. ...read more
