FedEx Express

I would like to say the FEDEX has been amazing .. with communication of the status of my parcel and the driver that delivered the parcel was so very helpful . I would recommend fed ex to anyone using it's shipping services .. Great Work Fedex I will definately be using your service again ??

Previous deliveries by FedEx were rather abrupt, the courier seemed to be in a hurry and rather careless. But this time, different person again, polite, courteous, a good experience.

The availability of the tracking option via sms update is very useful. Delivery was a day earlier than expected. Thanks to the sms update, I did not miss it.

Judging from previous reviews and my personal experiences with FedEx, all staff needed to be trained for customer service and proper items handling to ensure great customer service and experience every time.

FEDEX charge a lot and have a big name in the courier business. However their deliveries and customer service are more like a cut-price operator. They are disorganised and careless. I have had many frustrating dealings with FEDEX and refuse to deal with them, even if that means not purchasing from companies that use them.

The customer service at FedEx Derrimut is non existent. This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had dealing with a courier company. I can't believe that the staff at FedEx Derrimut actually have a job.... I am so frustrated, I just don't know where to turn.

Great Fedex ...you "lost" my parcel worth $2000 in your Derrimut warehouse. Thanks a lot. :-( (Fedex is great as long everything works fine ... but there problem solving capabilities are 0. I avoid any company who uses FEDEX.)
