Facilitating change and learningFeeniks Career Guidance, Coaching and Training Services in based on the Central Coast, NSW and was founded by Nikki Szabo.
After years in the employment and training industry I identified a gap in services in the community. Individuals that are not eligible to access Centrelink or Government Employment agencies were restricted when it comes to accessing accurate & professional career, employment and training advice.
Nikki is a Professional Member of the Career Development Association of Australia and has over 15 years experience working as trainer and assessor, senior employment consultant, case manager and career practitioner. She has managed Government contracts and worked hands on with disengaged youth, people facing barriers to employment and people with a disability or work place injury. Some of Nikki?s qualification includes a Degree in Social Science, Diploma in Youth Work & Employment Services, and Certificate IV in Career Guidance. the range of services on offer include the following; Professional resume and application letter writting (including selection criteria), Career Profiles, Career CoachingInterview Coaching, Outplacement Services, Tips and strategies for effective job searching Coaching Young People for Success one to one consultation, contract training and work place assessments. ...read more

I Have had the most amazing life changing experience dealing with Nikki at Feeniks Career Guidance, Coaching and Training Services. I was at a time in my life where I was sure I wonted to make a change in my career but not sure what avenue to take. Nikki gave me confidence, sound advice and the encouragement I needed to fulfill my career goals. I have dealt with other organisations that have not put in half as much effort as what Nikki has. Not only I have I completed a Diploma in Community Services with Nikki I have also had her support in finding the right job.
