I enjoyed my coffee and my daughter loved her tea, and we both loved our lunch here. It's a good place on a Saturday as its near the netball courts, so a pre netball coffee will get any jaded parent fully fuelled to watch the match. If you're eating in, the tables all face to the street, which has a northerly aspect so it's great to catch that northern sun on a cold day. Fair prices and nice smiles, no extra change for that.

As I mentioned I was a regular customer as the location was handy as not many cafes on that block. I would initiate conversation with them often. I was completely surprised when they became rude. I now questioned the professionalism of this place.

As a regular customer of Fegos I was somewhat surprised at the negative review listed below. From the very start the staff and owners of Fegos have been welcoming and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble for them. They have put in place a cafe that is more than a cafe - it is a place where you feel like you are sitting in your own home having a coffee with friends. We often take our children there for breakfast and lunch and Kate, Mark and Chris and all the staff have become welcome friends of ours. The toy corner is a great diversion for the kids. Fegos is the only place for coffee for us.

I love Fegos! I have always found their staff friendly, service orientated and the food and atmosphere great. I was surprised to hear of the review before me. The cafe has been greatly needed in our area and it's definitely been a welcome addition to the neighbourhood and locals. Keep up the good work Fegos on Frenchs.

I was a regular customer up to today when I was treated very unprofessionally. I take my children there and not just buy a coffee but buy lunch. The management was annoyed that the toy corner was messy and directed the blame to my children assuming it was them. I approached them in a polite manner that I was unhappy with the way they dealt with this and didn't even bother rectifying it. Very disappointed.

As a daily customer..I want to reply to this by saying that not only the coffee the best ever..but it has always struck me as a very welcome place for families and children and this is reflected in the fact that most of their customers are in fact regulars who love that their coffee, food and the service received is extremely reliable..

Most children, enjoy the familiarity and love the play area.and generally treat it with the care and respect they would their own things...it can be disappointing (and I've seen this) when children are left unattended with little care and consideration for the toys and for others in the shop..so no doubt the owner was ...read more

This is the unfortunate situation as I was a regular customer and always made sure my children actually my youngest child as the 2 older ones have outgrown toys packed the toys or I would pack them myself. Before making such an assumption and a very aggressive one they should have been 100 percent certain before approaching me esp as we knew eachother as I visited there frequently . Very disappointing and unprofessional as they had to use such language in front of other customers because they were prob having a bad day.
