On the 17/04/09 I was going out to dinner with my husband and my children did not want to go. I sent my husband to buy them a Pizza we said make sure it is not spicy tell the lady. My husband told the lady at the couner what Pizza the children wanted and please nothing spicy on it.My husband got home I took one bite of the Pizza and my mouth was burning.
I went back with my daughter to get another Pizza.
When I got to the shop I told the lady that the pizza was spicy we wanted a mild Pizza. I was given my $28 back and thrown out of the shop. Very bad service. They should know and learn that the customer should get what they paid for.
i have been to fel fella countless times they have amazing food and amazing service. the gourmet pizza is the best.
Esma ppl make mistakes and you got your money back so if its just the service your worried bout i doubt they have bad service every time you have been!..
each and every single time i have been to fel fella pizza house there was excellent service and excellent quality food!
