Felici Espresso on Rundle caught our eye as a classy, stylish place. Decided to stop for a break and coffees. We do soy mochas, a bit different but don't always get a good one. No problem here. Friendly welcome, couple of Friands later we get an amazing mocha. There's a long high granite bar, window seats and outdoor seating. Rundle Street can be a bit tacky but this place is different and worth a visit.
nice coffee, not very good customer service! 3 coffees ordered. 1 flat white, 1 latte, 1 cuppachino. Ordered 2 at the same time (first) then ordered single flat white. A coffee came to our table, the girl said "skimmer" and literally walked off before we could say anything. As she walked back past we had to ask what is it? She replied "flat white". So our last order came first? Then our other two came out a few minutes later and again she didn't tell us what they were! We had to ask again. Admittedly the cafe was completely full! But customer service goes a LONG way... It came across as rude and I now doubt we will go back.
