Feline 5 Star Accommodation

Clean, calm, friendly, offer very personised care. My cats were happy, nurtured and comfortable. Definitely will return!!

My cat stayed at Feline 5 Star twice. The first time I noticed, when we got home, that she just wasnt herself, she was lethargic and was constantly sneezing so I took her to the vet that day who advised she had caught a cold.

I thought I would give Feline 5 Star a second chance because there accommodation is nice. When I collected her this time she seemed fine. When we got home I picked her up for a cuddle and when I went to scratch under her chin I saw fleas running all over her chin! Upon closer inspection I was horrified to see that she was absolutely COVERED in fleas! She is an indoor only cat and I am 100% sure I sent her there in perfect health and with no fleas! My partner called the staff to advise them and the staff was so rude and had a too bad, so sad attitude.

Needless to say I will NEVER take her back here!!

My cat (Sammy ) goes to Feline 5 Star Accommodation all the time. It is the most quiet, relaxed and friendly cattery I have ever used. I never mind leaving Sammy here and i know he is extremely well looked after and spoilt. Once you use this cattery , you wont want to take your cat anywhere else .

Our cats were spoilt rotten when staying here!! You have got to visit to understand. Cats have all you can eat buffett for the duration of their stay, they have a sofa (just like home) to lie on and most of the rooms have a private 'patio' area where the cats can catch some rays :-). At the end of the visit you are provided with a report on how your cats were during their stay.
