Worst Service Ever.. Waiting times are ridiculous.. This salon is surely understaffed.. If you have free time and you are happy to wait for an hour before you get a chance,surely go there.. Will not recommend this to anyone.

The staff there is seriously not interested in any customer service,they are busy chatting amongst themselves and are least bothered about their customers.

They are not trustworthy, I had been promised that she will do my hair straighning professionally. In First wash after two or three days, I realised that my hair started getting rough which had never ever happened before. When I complained about that she started making excuses and ended up with rude behaviour. I recon nobody should go there even for experience. This is not a good and reliable saloon, just money making saloon.

Worst place ever!!! The management staff is the rudest person on this planet ! Most of the time this person yelled on their staff. Noisy place & I can't understand How can they allow their employees kids to play there while they are working there as a full time employee ??? What's going on there ??? Are you guys really doing business or something else going on there ??? Not recommend at all. Shut down the business and sit at home bcoz you don't know the actual meaning of Bussiness.

Will not recommend this place, management is not concerned about providing a quality service. I had hairstyling done at this place they charged me $30 and the management kept on rashing the hairstylist and did the worse job. I told them that i was not happy about it. The management told me will charge me additional $10 to fix it. I just told them ok. The management again kept on rashing the hairstylist and at the end they charged me $15 instead of $10. People be careful before you book because they dont do a good job and will charge you unfairly.

Will not recommend this place and do not wanna go back..majority of the staff is very unprofessional and rude. Instead of catering to the customer they kept constantly chatting and gossiping with each other which made the place so noisy and chaotic!! + even though a prior appointment was made the waiting time was ridiculous. It is definitely a couple of bucks cheaper but the benefit was lost- I came out with a headache!!!
