Lee replaced my existing pool fence with new panels, painted my existing fence poles, added a new section of fencing to comply with the latest pool fence rules, added a couple of perspex panels and a length of timber under one of the fence panels that adjoin a garden. It started off as a good job, done in one day. Lee was initially very easy to deal with, and appeared to know what he was doing. Unfortunately, the pool fence failed the certifier's inspection at four locations. When I contacted Lee he promised to come back and rectify, but after lining him up on 3 or 4 occassions he never showed up. In the end it was a disappointing outcome as I had to rectify the issues myself.
very excellent service, quality work. expert in his field. he was really busy and had a bit of rain which delayed the intial 2 week lead time but we understood and waited to get the job done. so glad we did. his team and the work was faultless. his communication was on point, often ringing late in the evening cause he is physcially on the sites during the day doesnt use subcontractors which we loved.

Buyers beware. I engaged Lee from Sydney Fencing & Landscaping/Fence It Up Sydney to build a fence & retaining wall. The 2 do not meet. I have a hole in the middle. I tried to call him multiple times. Finally when I got through to ask him to fix the job, he was verbally abusing me. Still hasn't fixed the problem. And he really put the pressure on to pay on the day for an incomplete job. Never would I use or recommend him.
Attention! I would not recommend this company. Lee Isaac Dalley, who managed this job, was very nice and polite at the beginning but then became totally dishonest and lying at the end of the job. His work was not satisfactory. One of the two fence gates installed got jammed shortly after finishing his job and he never rectified it.
He put a lot of pressure on me to transfer money every day as soon as he finished a day’s work which I did and accidentally I payed the final payment twice. After notifying him about this he refused to pay the overpaid money back saying that it was my fault. This is absolutely dishonest behavior.
I would not recommend them at all to my worst enemy. It practically took 5.5 months to finish a fence. The quality of workmanship is appalling. You practically have to chase them to finish what they started. They never ring and you have to be the one constantly chasing for when they are going to show up.... Be warned !
