Fenceable Fencing

Very unprofessional, bad customer service. I was verbally abused by the staff and management who could care less about talking with me over an account which the admin had told me I had paid. The three people including the management hung up on me and swore throughout conversation. Not to mention the c**p quality of my fencing. Gaps throughout where I can see my neighbours backyard, uneven tops of the fence and nails hanging out throughout fence. Also very over priced. Do not go with fenceable fencing not worth your time and money or even a 1 star rating.

There are seven words to describe Fenceable Fencing's work, VERY LOW STANDARD, VERY POOR SERVICE, IRRESPONSIBLE.

Fence blew down in the first strong wind. They wanted us to pay for the repair even though the fence was only 4 months old. They did not except responsibility for their bad workmanship. That's just not right.

I have been trying to sort out an issue, with these people for two months, regarding an overcharge/misquote. Every time I try to contact them it's the same thing over again, "I'll take you're number and we'll get back to you" the thing is they never do, and when I expressed my dis -content, they went silent and offered no explanation. Absolutely hopeless, and then used the excuse they pay the contractors to do the work so, they don't know what they do, well I am paying you so find out what they do!!
