Avid DIYer but the first time I had contemplated installing a glass fence. Tim assisted me through the process and showed amazing patience despite all the silly questions and requotes I asked him. Finally ordered the products, between 50 and 60% cheaper than other suppliers who quoted me, delivered to my home and even loaded into the yard! I detected a very minor paint fault and Tim had his team out to my home the next day to fix the problem. Very professional company supplying an exceptional level of service. You don't install Glass fences every day, but I would definitely use Tim again if I did. If you are looking for a glass fence and can wield a shovel and string line give Tim a call and have a go at it yourself!!! He will give you the confidence to execute the job.
Tim was the most professional Tradie we have encountered. The price for my mother-in-laws pool fence was unbeatable, and the service impecable. And the fence was faultless. Communications between the company and ourselves was something you rarely see these days. All questions were answered promptly, and I believe the humour was thrown in for nothing :) One of the most professional companies we have deal with in a VERY long time. I highly recommend this company for all fencing needs. It made for a pleasant experience from start to finish (Yes even dealing with the mother-in-law) Thank You, Tim. I wish I had found you before we had our fences installed years ago, because that was nothing but drama from start to finish. Makes me want to re-fence the yard :)
