WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!
I contacted Fences R Us to get a quote on straightening approx 20 fence posts which were leaning after a landscaping done in my yard (heavy equipment compressed soil and concrete around posts). The quotation process went without issue with Brian being quite friendly and seeming to know what he was talking about. The first thing I will say is that the quality of the work is excellent, I have no complaints with the fence that was installed - it is exactly what we asked for and looks great. The contractor that I dealt with was also lovely, and very polite. However, I do NOT recommend this business unless you have a lot of time to spend at home being mucked around. This job was booked nearly 2 months in advance, with the start scheduled for a Monday. On Monday morning, I called the office as soon as they opened (8am) to confirm that things were going ahead as planned. I was told they would check and call me back. At 9am I called the office again, and was given the same answer. At 10.30am, I called a third time, and again given the same answer. At 11.30am, I called a fourth time and was told that in fact they would be unable to start my fence that day due to other jobs needing completion, but promised that they would be at my house by 8am on Tuesday. ...read more
