Fencing Solutions

I used Fencing Solutions at Minchinbury to install a glass pool fence. The guy that gave me the quote, Dominic, was excellent. He measured where the fence was going to be put and informed me that the fence had to be stepped because of the slope of the land. Mick the builder came out the next day to do an exact measure and informed me of the same. He came back a few days later to dig a trench and lay concrete. He again came back on Friday 15th Dec to complete the installation of the fence. He did a very good job and has completly changed the outlook of my back yard and pool area. Even though the fence is stepped it still looks great. Rose from the office kept me informed every step of the way from quote to completion. A big thankyou to all at Fencing Solutions for the job they did. It is much appreciated.

Yesterday their team installed my glass pool fence. Jason the Subcontractor was outstanding. He was efficient, neat and knowledgeble. I would highly recommend Fencing Solutions to any future customers!

Was recommended to call this company by someone who use to work there. I called, they took my details, they put me on hold to put me through to someone (or so I thought), then told me the person I need to speak with is out and they will call me later. With that I thought it would be later that day, or sometime the next... 5 days later after not having heard from anyone, I called again. The receptionist looked for my details and told me they were in a pile ... She asked me some other details and then told me the owner or one other person will definitely call me either the next day (a Thursday) or def by the day after (Friday). Using fencing Solutions was a terrible experience. We engaged fencing solutions because their quote was slightly less than the other quote. After paying a 10% deposit they promised on five separate occasions they would start work but never did. Eventually they advised that the person lined up to do the work was not available due to injury. I therefore organised for another company to do the work. I rang back Fencing Solutions to arrange a refund of our deposit. They never returned my call. I rang a second time and they advised they would refund the money on that day or the next day and would ring to confirm they had done so. I still have not received a refund or a call.

What a great company to deal with were quick efficiant and was all at a great price also ray was an absolute pleasure to deal with fo all your fencing needs
