Withdraw last reveiw. Tried to cancel my membership due to personal issues, the first payment had not even been deducted and yet I still had to pay a freaking cancellation fee....a fee that was NOT explained to me when I signed up. I specifically asked the sales clerk when I signed up what the procedure was for cancelling and fees and was told NOTHING! When I argued this with staff I was told I still had to pay it regardless of what I was told. Im sorry but that is NOT ON, if your staff cannot communicate the terms and conditions properly to customers, then you can't suddenly expect the customers to pay.

You said you worked for a rival gym so then you should know there is always a cancellation fee for contracts in gyms, why do you think it's a contract!?!?!?!
Because I asked the clerk 3 times to confirm before I signed up and was told (and I quote) "Absolutely no cancellation fees ever!"
Fantastic gym, one of the best in the west and I should know seeing as I used to work for a rival centre!
The layout is fantastic and easy to navigate around. The machines are all fairly new and everytime I have gone everything has been operational. The centre has 3 rooms for the fitness classes which means more classes running all day and I often struggle to actually decide which one I am going to do for the night!
The membership is by far the best value around. I signed up with no joining fee and the first month free and all I am paying is $40 a fortnight. I also love that unlike other gyms YOU choose how you pay and what day the payment is deducted, great for people like myself who find it hard to keep track of multiple debit payments.
