If the carpet you want cleaned is not on the ground floor try another cleaner. I booked fenwicks to clean my carpets. I described my property, including telling him i on the first floor and that he might not be able to get a van into my garage, and he agreed to do the job. He called on the day to say he would be late. He was less than 30 minutes late. He told me he could not do the job as his hose was too short. I had to find another cleaner.
Darren Traveled to my home on the Central coast and cleaned all carpets and upholstery on my 5 seater suede lounge , Fantastic Job , looks new again highly recommend his service and as a technician who actually has training behind him it does show !!
