We come to Melbourne around 3 times a year and it has become a bit of a tradition for us to stop in at Hampton Street for a great coffee and a awesome meal at one of the trendy cafe's along the strip. It is also a must for us to stop in at Ferg's Fish. Phil and his team are great. Everything is prepared by chef's, which is great for me being a bit of a foodie, as chef's have a great understanding of flavours and most importantly food safety. The information they give you about preparation, cooking and storage of their product makes life so easy and gives me confidence that I'm am giving the product the respect it deserves. Can't praise them enough. Keep up the good work guys.
Amazing quality. The oysters are the best I've ever had, they are the same as the ones I've had at Lobster Cave. They're creamy, fresh and super sweet. We ordered a seafood platter for $89 on a coupon from deals.com. Super good value and lots of fresh seafood. Will be back!
Fantastic! I got the freshest Rockling fillets that I've tasted in ages, took them home and fried in the tasty dusting they gave me, served with a beautiful fresh vegetarian cous cous also from Ferg's Fish! What a superb business. Thanks guys, i'll certainly be back and will highly recommend to my colleagues.
