Fernhills clinicWelcome to Fernhills, we are a friendly private Psychologist practice located between Boronia and Ferntree gully. A positive aspect of our clinic is that we bulk bill clients who hold a health care card and we also cover a wide range of
treatments. Adults, adolescents, children, couples and families will be seen at the clinic. There are rooms that are provided specifically for adults, and there is one play therapy room for children.

They also have a clinic on Scoresby Rd in Ferntree Gully, which is where I see Christie Sproat who works at both I think.
I've seen several psychologists over the years and Christie is the first one who's actually helped me deal with severe depression and anxiety because of my childhood experiences.
I had to wait 7 or 8 weeks to see her but a friend had told me she was great so I stuck it out. But for anyone who might be thinking about self-harm or anything like that, I'd definitely get help straight away, but in my opinion it's still worth calling and going on Christie's waiting list. Make sure your GP puts you on a mental health care plan before you go, then Medicare will reimburse you most of the cost.
