I can't comment on the accommodation itself because I didn't end up staying here. I enquired (tried to) about a booking for a group and found the staff extremely unhelpful - I'd almost go so far as to say they were rude and uncaring. In the end, I gave up on trying to get answers and I booked elsewhere. FTG Hotel might be good if you want a cheap place to stay, but if you want service and hospitality, go elsewhere.
I stayed here for two nights and would reccomend it to any one who loves a hot shower and a big bed and somwhere cheap to stay when visiting the sites in the Mount Dandenong area. Room service was excellent, and the staff were great with the services. its close to the local safeway and other stores and especially good for anyone with kids.
