Simply called to book in an appointment following a pass I received. Put through from the service centre which I was unaware I was speaking to in the first place, staff at the gym we’re extremely rude, first said she couldn’t hear me properly due to background noise, then accused me of being aggressive for no reason. Manager got on the phone frustrated she apologised and to just move on with the subject to just book in....quiet hastfully.Haven’t even visited and clear that staff service is beyond a disgrace. Don’t bother.

Recently joined Fernwood Rockdale and all i can say is i absolutely LOVE IT here !! I have never felt so comfortable in a gym environment but this place feels like home. The staff are so welcoming and bubbly and always have the biggest smiles on there faces. I have never been to a gym where everyone is so supportive and actually want to help you reach your goals, as well as forming new friendships with the other lovely members!! I love doing the early morning classes they really help kick-start my day and make me feel good all day long. The gym is no where near as cluterred as previous gyms i have been at always sparkling clean !! Feels great to be known by staff by first name basis. Really great gym would never dream of leaving it now!!!
So far I'm very impressed. New management have taken over and the whole place has been overhauled. It was good before but now it's great. I'm an older lady and being at a woman only gym is the only way I feel comfortable exercising. I find the class times seem to try and accomodate the majority of the members. The premises are clean and the staff are friendly. Thoroughly recommend a visit. #reviewtowin
