Fernwood Women's Health Clubs

I signed up for the "7 day trial" which is advertised online on the Fernwood website. I even called Fernwood Seven Hills to make an appointment to start my "7 day trial". The lady on the phone gave me a time and told me to come in. I went to the counter and told her im here for the 7 day trial. She came and told me about the gym in detail and asked about my fitness goals, etc. I was given a WHOLE TOUR of the gym... And brought back to the counter and was asked either I sign up to the 12month or 18month contract OR pay $35 for a one-visit pass. After the whole talk, she told me that this club doesn't do trials and I need to pay. They never said no to the trial in the first place. Over the phone and in person... THey MADE ME WASTE MY TIME TO GO TO THE GYM.. .i wasnt even allowed to touch the equipment. They are purely after the money. The team of ladies at this Fitness Centre are fantastic. Enthusiastic (at all hours of the morning) and friendly customer service always. There is a huge range of programs to choose from - from PUMP (ouch on those unfit muscles) to BOXING. Or for those of us who prefer to chill out a bit and like the more orthodox way to fitness, it has a huge variety of programs. They seem to make a big investment in making sure their clients have the right programs, classes and equipment. Don't forget the free brekkie for those early morning work outs and a creche for busy mums who don't have time to find a babysitter. Fernwood can now be synonymous with fitness and FUN. Who would've thought fitness and fun could be used in the same sentence?!
